Situated towards the northern end of Liverpool city
centre, Vauxhall is one of the fastest-developing
urban areas in the North West.
This part of the city is currently undergoing extensive regeneration on the back of the £5.5 billion Liverpool Waters Scheme. This project will see the redevelopment of the northern docklands which encompasses the new Everton F.C. stadium and extends towards the superport.
The Pumpfields Regeneration Zone, a former brownfield where planning has been approved for several state-ofthe-art residential schemes, is also located in Vauxhall.
